  1. The realization that sugars are the worst in spoiling one's health and avoiding it is one of the best Healing Therapy methods yet. I have seen that rather than cutting carbohydrates or increasing good fat consumption, this one procedure will help a lot. Probably adding eggs help one feel satiated so that over eating is compensated.
