Physical fitness mainly refers to the ability or the power of an individual human body to work efficiently to make a human body healthy. It also refers to the human body power as well as the immunity power of a human body. In order to be strong enough, you need to perform the exercise and also go to the gym regularly on a daily basis. Improving physical fitness improves the growth of your muscles and bones as well. If your weight is too much and if you need to lose weight, you need to perform physical exercise daily and need to improve physical fitness.

They can keep their bodies fit by means of physical exercise.

Components of physical fitness

There are many kinds of physical exercise, such as outdoor games, riding running, swimming, football, cricket, basketball, volleyball, hockey, badminton, walking. We can take any kind of exercise which suits our constitution. Walking is the easiest form of exercise. It can be taken by anyone, old or young.

Physical exercise should be taken in the open air. It should be taken in the morning or evening. It should be taken moderately. Excess of exercise is bad. It damages our health. Excess of exercise is as bad as no exercise. After exercise, we require a little rest. With physical exercise, we must have a good duet. Physical exercise without proper diet is not so useful. We should never take exercise just after food.

Benefits of physical fitness

Talking about the benefits and values of daily physical fitness or physical training, it helps us to improve our health. It makes us active and cheerful. It drives off lethargy and anxieties. It gives us pleasure. It is a sort of entertainment. We feel relaxed and refreshed after exercise. We get fresh vigor and energy. It gives strength to work harder and better. It tunes up our entire system.

People in our country do not attach much importance to physical exercise. It is only a few educated persons who value it. The importance of physical exercise should be understood by everybody. It is important for all, educated in uneducated. Physical exercise is not given due consideration in our schools and campuses. Such neglect should be checked. Physical education should be made compulsory in schools and colleges without expectation. We require healthy citizens for the prosperity if our country. Physical education helps us to create a nation of healthy people. Concerted efforts should be made to develop physical education in our country.
